- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused. Please keep the original packaging and labels intact.
- Initiate the Return: If you wish to return or exchange the product, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by phone or email, and we will guide you through the process.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed. Please make sure to include this RA number with your returned item.
